Located within a popular “hipster” area of Warsaw, we share the neighborhood with a small street full of pleasant cafes. Our office also shares its large conference rooms with two local NGOs.
- Europe and Eurasia March 13, 2018 Estonia Since 2015, AC Estonia has been hosted by the Tartu University Library. Our office works closely with the US Embassy in Tallinn, EducationUSA offices in Tartu and Tallinn, the Ministry of Education, American Corners, and local community organizations, schools, and associations across Estonia.
- South and Central Asia March 13, 2018 Tajikistan American Councils has substantial reach throughout Tajikistan, a remote country with relatively few opportunities for exchange with the United States. When a Tajik professional speaks with an American accent, an English teacher uses a modern methodology, or an American scholar studying the region knows Tajik well, there’s a good chance they are one of our alumni.
- March 13, 2018 Serbia American Councils Serbia opened in Belgrade in 2002 with the launch of a fellowship for newly-minted university instructors. In the ensuing years, AC Serbia has administered and supported international scholarships for hundreds of educators and other professionals, as well as college and high school students.
- March 13, 2018 Montenegro Today, more than 160 alumni of the Future Leaders Exchange program actively contribute to our office's visibility through numerous projects focusing on youth, community service, democracy, and civic education. Our office closely cooperates with the U.S. Embassy in Podgorica and numerous NGOs, educational, and governmental institutions.

- March 13, 2018 Kyrgyzstan AC has operated in the Kyrgyz Republic since 1994. Currently, our office is located in the capital city of Bishkek.
- March 13, 2018 North Macedonia Skopje is the capital city of North Macedonia, the birthplace of Mother Teresa, and home to American Councils North Macedonia since 2003. Today, AC North Macedonia offers programming for high school exchange students from North Macedonia and the US, and hosts an internship program for Lehigh University.
- March 13, 2018 Georgia Georgia, with its exotic cuisine, wine, and mountains, has become a tourism hotspot in recent years. But American Councils has been facilitating exchange opportunities here for Georgian and American students, scholars, and professionals since the early 1990s.
- March 13, 2018 Kazakhstan American Councils has operated in Kazakhstan since 1994. Its main office is located in Almaty, the largest city and business center of Kazakhstan. A second office in the capital city of Nur-Sultan hosts an EducationUSA advising center.
