ProgramsThe Critical Language Scholarship (CLS) Program provides immersive summer programs for U.S. undergraduate and graduate students to learn languages of strategic importance to the United States’ national security and economic prosperity.
Europe and EurasiaAmerican Councils Kosova, located in the heart of Pristina, opened in 2005. In the ensuing years, AC Kosova has administered and supported international scholarships for hundreds of educators and other professionals, as well as graduate, college, and high school students.

Located in Old Town, Vilnius, this office has developed into a regional hub for educational activities in Belarus and the Baltic states, particularly as the FLEX program has expanded to include Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.-
