Tiffany Hickerson

Tiffany Hickerson is a Partner in Operations and Performance at Kearny in Chicago. She leads large-scale procurement transformations that focus on everything from rapid cost savings to organizational design and capability building. Ms. Hickerson has a background in engineering, operations, and investment banking, and is also leading Kearny’s supplier diversity service. In addition to her client duties, Ms. Hickerson is a people leader within Kearney and holds several such roles including a leader in the Operations and Performance practice. She also serves as a mentor at Kearny, as well as an ombudsperson, mental health ambassador, and a leader of the Black@Kearny employee and resource group.

Ms. Hickerson has been recognized by Consulting Magazine as an Emerging Leader in Consulting, as one of Diversity MBA Magazine’s Top 100 Under 50 Emerging Leaders, and by Working Mother magazine as Kearney’s Working Mother of the Year. Prior to joining Kearney, she worked for Ogilvy & Mather and Morgan Stanley based in New York City. Ms. Hickerson earned her B.S. in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University and her MBA from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
