Dee Brown

Dee Brown is a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserves. She has successfully held a number of leadership positions, most recently serving in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. As a civilian, Ms. Brown serves as Vice President of Transformation at Solenis, a Platinum Equity portfolio company.
 
Prior to working at Solenis, Ms. Brown served in a variety of leadership roles at EY, Clean Harbors, Celanese, and PACCAR. She is currently on the boards of the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas and the American India Foundation. Ms. Brown is also a member of the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas’ “Mighty” Women of Tocqueville and a founding member of the Village Giving Circle at the Texas Women’s Foundation. In 2017, she was recognized as the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas’ Volunteer of the Year for her work in the community. Ms. Brown holds a B.S. from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from the University of North Texas.
