Violetka Dirlea is an EY-Parthenon Principal on the Strategy and Transactions team of Ernst & Young LLP. An experienced leader in global management consulting, Ms. Dirlea works with utilities, automotive, and industrial companies and collaborates with them to identify growth opportunities to optimize performance while achieving companies’ sustainability goals. She is an expert in building win-win solutions for all companies in the emerging (cross-industry) ecosystems, with focus in the areas of electrification, energy transition, strategy, innovation, transformation, and performance improvement.
Ms. Dirlea is the author of a number of articles on strategic business issues and co-author of Masters of Innovation. Throughout her consulting career, she has worked with industrial, automotive, and energy companies solving strategic and operational challenges across the value chain. Ms. Dirlea has developed innovative business, product line, and aftermarket strategies, driven large-scale supply chain improvement programs, and led multiple transformations. She has helped organizations refine their operating model and organizational design by removing costs and improving operations while driving growth and increasing profitability. Ms. Dirlea is an avid advocate for Diversity and Inclusion. She holds Masters’ degrees in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management, Thunderbird School of Global Management, and in Business Administration from Arizona State University. She speaks Bulgarian and Russian.
