Through the PFP program, the pair implemented a joint project called Creating Business Guides. The goal of the project is to prepare a sample business guide on all processes of the services provided by the Armenian government. The draft guidelines will be presented to government agencies, the private sector, and the Armenian public. Final versions will be distributed in hard and electronic copies through various networks.

This US-Armenia PFP team had a chance to meet with Armenia and US Embassy officials including Jacqeline Deley, Public Affairs Officer at the US Embassy in Yerevan.
