To celebrate American Councils' 40th anniversary and recognize its team for their committed work throughout the decades, AC Moldova is launching a management and leadership online course to give their employees new opportunities for professional development in international education.
The most experienced program managers have volunteered to help more junior staff members develop their professional capabilities.
Each training session will be built around one successful project run by American Councils Moldova, such as the EFL Blogging School for Regional Teachers, American Language Center Summer Leadership Academy, Making Changes through Social Theater, Be Someone's Santa, and the FLEX Education Network Conference.
American Councils' international education professionals will receive in-depth training, ranging from team management to managing work stress and dealing with challenging situations. The entire Moldova team is looking forward to sharing best practices with one another and learning from more veteran language and education professionals.
