In November, the Board of Trustees presented a matching grant challenge to help fund the scholarship. In just 40 days, our American alumni raised $4,030, which has been matched by our Board of Trustees to contribute a total of $8,000 to the 40th Anniversary Scholarship Fund.
On the heels of this success, we are opening the season of giving with our annual employee giving campaign. After raising $8,000 for our new 40th Anniversary Scholarship Fund, the AC staff has now set a goal to raise another $4,000 in scholarship funds!
This season, we hope you will join our efforts to provide talented and deserving American students with the life-changing opportunity of language and cultural immersion abroad. The 40th Anniversary Scholarship Fund will be distributed to successful applicants of AC Study Abroad programs who demonstrate financial need.
