The Enterprise Student Fellowship Program is an academic scholarship program of the U.S.- Central Asia Education Foundation (the Foundation) that is administered by the American Councils for International Education (American Councils). Through this program, the Foundation will provide scholarships (Enterprise Student Fellowships) to qualified students that due to low family income may otherwise not have been able to obtain an undergraduate university degree in business administration. Additionally, a limited number of scholarships may be available to students that wish to major in economics.

The Enterprise Student Fellowship Program will provide:

  • Enterprise Student Fellowships participants to attend American University of Central Asia (AUCA – Bishkek, KG) or Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics, and Strategic Research (KIMEP – Almaty, KZ);

  • Opportunities for talented students from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan to study at universities that have adopted western-style curriculum and teaching practices, with English as the primary language for instruction; and

  • Varied levels of financial support, based upon financial need, ranging from partial tuition scholarships to full scholarships covering all academic and living expenses.
