The Republic of Tatarstan Higher Education Fellowship (Algarysh) provides full fellowships for highly qualified graduate students to study at a university in the U.S. for full Master’s degree programs in fields related to science and technology, business, economics, education, public health and others. The Algarysh program is assisting in establishing comprehensive and long-term ties between higher education insitutions in Tatarstan and the U.S.
