American Councils Participates in St. Petersburg Youth International Economic Forum

Bram Caplan, American Councils' Country Director in Russia, participated in the Saint Petersburg Youth International Economic Forum Saint Petersburg Youth International Economic Forum on June 16 and is shown here (center) brainstorming on entrepreneurship in Russian higher education with Russian businessmen and students.
