American Councils is pleased to administer a new series of programs for qualified U.S. teachers and administrators called Educational Seminars (formerly referred to as Fulbright Teacher Exchange Programs), programs of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), U.S. Department of State. These programs provide unique opportunities for qualified U.S. and international teachers and administrators to participate in three to six week work-shadow and observational study programs. The Educational Seminars also provide educators with the opportunity to learn about educational systems of other countries and participate on topic focused seminars through a wide array of programs.
