On May 8, 2010, Bai Jinguo went to University of Minnesota for a Chinese Painting Workshop. There he got the opportunity to learn and practice Chinese painting techniques with Professor Zhimin Guan, Minnesota State University Moorhead. He also experimented with these techniques and painted a panda. It is a good way to teach Chinese cultural lessons in the classroom.
