By donating to the International Outreach Fund, you are providing meaningful material aid to people or organizations in need, without overhead or administrative costs.
Through the International Outreach Fund, you can be a source of small grants to American Councils offices seeking to help organizations in their local communities. Grant funds must be used for the direct benefit of the partner organization – for example, by buying books for a school, medical equipment for a hospital, or children’s games for an orphanage. Applications for grants are accepted from offices twice a year, and a committee of American Councils' staff decides which projects to fund.
We receive applications for small grants bi-annually. Your donations will go directly to fund the best of those projects.
American Councils for International Education is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization as designated by the Internal Revenue Service. U.S. donors may deduct contributions under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.
