Sharina is from Ereenhot in Inner Mongolia, and she holds two degrees in English from Inner Mongolian Normal University. She has been teaching English and information technology at Ereenhot City Mongolian School (1780 students and 176 teachers) since 1995, and has served as a Teaching Assistant for Amity Foundation’s Teacher Training Course and for a Canadian teacher in an English Camp, both in 2007. She is her school’s facilitator for foreign visitors, and, since 2006, has taught Chinese to Mongolian orphans as well.
She was hosted by Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School in Maryland.
